The Mays Hill Alpaca farm is located on 1500 acres that have been in the Mays family for five generations. We currently have a herd of 50 alpacas. We raise both breeds of alpacas which are Suris and Huacayas. Our goal is to become one of the best alpaca farms in the industry. We plan to do this by only acquiring and breeding the best quality animals with superb fleece and genetic backgrounds. A lot of planning and research is incorporated into our breeding program so that we are assured of birthing quality crias. This will benefit us and our consumers. We believe the alpaca industry will continue to thrive if we take this approach.
